I have been very disappointed with Dr. Aduddell. His staff is really good but he will not stay 5 minutes after to finish up an appointment - he makes you make another appointment to come back and finish a 15 minute procedure. Additionally, his staff confirmed the price for a night guard and guaranteed me in writing i would only owe $270, then sent me a bill for $600 because they had a miscommunication with insurance. Instead of making it right, he said i could either lose $135 of the $270 i had already paid down (for taking the impression) or i would owe another $350 since insurance wouldn't pay. I'm sure his son is better but i would not recommend Patrick Aduddell as he does not provide good customer service, is not willing to stay late and inconvenience himself and not willing to work with a patient on cost when his own office made a mistake.
