  I got two haircuts here so far and each time got progressively worse. The first one left a couple rat tails when they gave a simple haircut. The second time, the haircut was all choppy and crooked... I had to goto a different salon to fix it but I Ended up getting a very short bob at the end. I do not understand the good ratings but the rumor is that one good stylist at arukas had has left and others that remain just suck beyond words. A lot of the other poor victims get their hair messed up there recently and has come to other salons to fix it(the salon i went to fix my hair has reported me on this).
  
  I believe in second chances but I am not going bavk this time.
